How many accounts can I open?
Any client can have only one account. If we find that one member has more than one account, the entire funds will be frozen.
How may I make a deposit?
You may make your deposit by choosing any investment package of your choice, then type your desired amount in the 'Amount' field, choose your payment system and click 'Proceed'. Follow further instructions of your payment system.
When will my deposit be activated?
If you use cryptocurrencies, some time may be required for confirmations by the cryptocurrency network. For deposits in cryptocurrencies we need at least 1 confirmation. If your deposit hasn't appeared in your account for a long time, please contact us.
How can I withdraw my profit?
Login to your account using your username and password and navigate to the Withdraw section in your Members Area. Input your payout amount and choose your payment system.
How soon after a withdrawal request will funds appear on my account?
Funds are usually available within 12 business hours. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
